At Niksen Time, we are deeply committed to this new build, and our staff have been hands-on in the panel construction process at the modular homes factory.
Our goal is to understand the system from the ground up so that we can deliver a high-quality product and gain a complete understanding of every stage of the build.
Our first modular home in Browns Plains was built at this factory — and there are many more to come. Our team has not only worked on our own project but also developed valuable skills by participating in other builds. That’s what true partnership is all about.
This is a quick glimpse into what happens at the heart of this small but dedicated factory — which will soon be upgraded to a new facility capable of producing at least two modular homes per week.
