This project demonstrate how subdivision activity is changing the area from older detached homes on large allotments into smaller 3 residential lots and newer accommodation products.

Originally a large farmhouse property on approximately 2,255m²

Timeline:

Late Jan 2023: The property was settled with noted “further development potential”

July 2023: Leased the existing house

2023-2024: work on new development in one lot (rooming accommodation) – Lot B

Feb 2026: The existing is sold (lot A). New built rooming accommodation in lot B completed

Early May 2026: Sold lot B

Next Step: selling the remaining vacant land or building another rooming accommodation
