At Niksen, we are proud to announce the commencement of our very first modular home construction project this week.
The development consists of two dwellings on the same property:

Main Dwelling: A one-bedroom home with a study and a bathroom, purchased last year.

Secondary Dwelling: A modern two-bedroom, one-bathroom granny flat.
This project will span approximately 10 weeks, during which we will share weekly updates and insights into our construction process.
We are excited to pioneer this new building system in Australia and look forward to showcasing how modular construction can deliver high-quality, efficient, and innovative housing solutions.
