This project is part of our pipeline and will introduce a modular second dwelling on the property. The main dwelling will remain unchanged.

The development includes a primary modular home with a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom configuration, alongside an attached granny flat featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and its own living and kitchen area.

Currently in the planning stage, this project is expected to commence before the end of the year. It will likely become Niksen’s first modular home of this scale.
