Weekly Update: 1st–5th December
This week, the following works have been completed:
Wardrobes:
The wardrobes for the two bedrooms have now been installed and finalised.
Dividing fence:
Construction of the fence dividing the two dwellings has commenced.
General electrical works:
Tasks including the cooktop installation, electrical conduits for the air-conditioning unit, and the remaining fit-outs have commenced. These will be finalised in Week 17.
Week 17 Planning:
- Completion of the dividing fence
- Energex and the electricity supplier to attend site and complete the energisation of the second dwelling
- Plumbers to finalise their installations and have running water throughout the property
We are getting closer to the completion stage before Christmas.
